I cannot see my previous account anymore. Is that gone?

We have upgraded all existing MageRewards customer accounts. To access your account from our login page, you'll need to use the credentials emailed to you. If you're an existing license holder, you should have received an email containing this information with the following subject line:

New MageRewards Account created for: [email address associated with license key]!

When was this email sent?

This email was sent between June 13th - June 20th to the email address associated with your license key.

What email address did you send it to?

If the license key was was registered to your developer or client rather than you, you will want to check with them to see if they received it.

I still can't find my login information.
