Customer Behavior Rule Conditions

Customer behavior rule conditions are the requirements that the customer and event need to match in order for the rule actions to be executed when the  customer behavior trigger is performed by a customer.

Conditions can be:

  • Date From
    Earliest date that the rule is active. This date is inclusive, so the rule becomes active when the current date is the 'Date From'.
  • Date After
    Date that the rule is no longer active. This date is NOT inclusive, so the rule becomes inactive BEFORE this date is hit.
  • Customer group(s)
    The rule only becomes active if the customer triggering the rule is within the given customer group.
